Refund policy
We offer a 30 day return window, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another form of proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you clear instructions on where and how to send your package. Returns sent to us without requesting approval first will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can review the situation and resolve it.
Exceptions and non returnable items
Some items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom made products such as special orders or personalised items, and personal care items such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification. As noted above, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Please note:
If the customer has ordered the wrong product, it does not fit, or they no longer want it, the customer is responsible for the actual costs of the return shipment and the proof of return.
