Do you offer free shipping?

What are your delivery times?

We process orders within 2–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4–9 business days (Monday–Friday). In total, your order should arrive within 6–12 business days.

How long do I have to return a product?

You can return a product within 30 days of delivery. For full details, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 15 minutes of placing your order. After that, orders are automatically processed and we won’t be able to approve late requests. You can still return your order after it arrives for a full refund.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

No, at the moment, we only ship within the UK.

When will my refund be processed?

All refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to your card issuer within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned item or your cancellation request.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your bank or card provider, as it can take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
